So first of all they have excellent service secondly they have excellent ice cream and last but not least they have excellent service and yes I purposefully repeated that ....Izzy waited on us. She did an excellent job her and the other young lady there she took great care of us and gave me the best cup of ice cream that I think I’ve had in a long time it was layered I forgot what it was called but it had I had an opportunity to have three different flavors and oh my goodness it was so good I will definitely be going back Now do I need to go nope but between the service and the flavors of the ice cream and it was just really awesome I’m going back

Who doesn't like Haagen-Dazs

My wife and I walked over to Haagen-Dazs after an Italian dinner at Panullo's, and this place hit the mark for dessert. What can I say? It's Haagen-Dazs. Need I say more?

Open late and the employees are always sweet and never keep you waiting long.

This location is now refusing to honor my Haagen-Daz VIP membership. I have come to this location for multiple years and never had a issue. Now that Ben and Jersey's has opened up down the street, and Rome's Flavors is also right around the corner, not sure if I'll come back, unless they start taking my VIP membership again.

What is up with the high prices?

Natalie and Emily are phenomenal workers! Their spirit and humor is unmatched compared to any other establishment. I am not from Orlando, but I will 100% come back to this place for ice cream next time I am in town. Thank you for wonderful service Natalie and Emily :)

One person only was serving and of course the order before mine, with a few smoothies and milk shakes, took forever to be done.I waited patiently because of the ice cream itself.

Place is small, but the desserts are fantastic. From shakes, sorbets, ice-cream and bars the flavors available are crisp, cold and delicious. Granted some flavors are more rich than others, all are great. Taste tests are available if you wish to stop by and try. Price is, to my opinion, on the steep side but I digress.

Incredibly rude staff! Stop here for ice cream if you want horrible service from rude high schoolers. This place is an embarrassment!

We showed up just before they opened and started to walk away. The owner saw us and invited us in. When the credit card machine wouldn't work for us, he took care of it for us. I only had a dollar on me, so I was grateful! Very nice place, will return!

Not worth the $$$

Always worth the trip and some of best ice cream you can spend your hard earned money on.

Usually the people are very friendly, the place is clean, and the ice cream is delicious. BUT, we showed up tonight at 9:20 to get some dessert and the employee working had already locked the door and was mopping the floor with headphones in. When we tried to open the door and realized it was locked 40 minutes early he didn’t even look up. Very disappointed that we drove over for no reason and didn’t get dessert because the employee wanted to close almost an hour early.

Very friendly owner and staff. Everything was done quickly and deliciously.

Not a lot of sitting space but the area is great and the store had a good variety of ice cream and sorbet.

Very friendly staff that was very eager to assist us. They were happy to provide suggestions. We got a Belgian chocolate shake and some of the caramel waffle cone ice cream with marshmallows. Both were excellent, especially the shake.
